Today we have added the Mouse Accuracy Test. For a long time, many people have experienced different reactions to mice with the same parameters—some find them uncomfortable to use, some feel the mouse is sluggish, and some even suspect their new mouse is defective. This tool can very intuitively test whether the mouse you are currently using performs smoothly in the most routine actions. By testing multiple times, you can obtain data on whether the mouse is comfortable to use. Don't forget that we also support recording tests for multiple mice.

Today we have added a new mouse test tool: mousepad glide test and mouse skates test tool, both available at https://www.escwasd.com/en/mousepad-glide-test/. This tool can effectively help us test mousepads or the surface material of the mouse being used, and it can also detect whether dust might cause your mouse to skip frames. If your mouse still scores full marks on unclean or uneven surfaces, don't doubt the tool—it's because your mouse sensor is excellent. Similarly, when replacing mouse skates, you also need to test once; unevenly attached mouse skates can also affect mouse usage.

Today we have given the website a super speed boost, adding a global CDN. Now, browsing this site from anywhere in the world will experience a leap in speed~ And the site remains free.

I actually forgot to extract the test data, but now the test data can be displayed normally. Since the data samples are not yet large enough and are not real-time, I will only display the data in tools with a certain amount of data. To my surprise, the flagship tool of this site, the keyboard test tool, has already exceeded one thousand tests~

Good weekend~ Today we start updating the full-site static (HTML) feature. Several pages have already become purely static, and more pages will be purely static in the future, making your access to the website even faster (though it's already quite fast)~😄

I've seen many Reddit folks saying my website is good, but they're not quite sure how to use it. Today, I've added a new guides channel, hoping to guide you on how to test mechanical keyboards and gaming mice in detail, along with the upcoming monitor tests~have fun

Continuing the update~ Added a full-site dark mode, now testing mechanical keyboards at night is even more elegant~😁

Hi~ guys! Today is a day worth celebrating (at least for me). This site has finally been completely rebuilt, and now it supports all languages (even Klingon—shoutout to fans of *The Big Bang Theory*). If you find any bugs or incomplete parts on this site, remember to contact me. It just occurred to me while writing this that the site is missing a report system. I'll get it done right away~ thx.

I have almost finished learning TypeScript, and 99% of the site's refactoring work is complete. Now I am trying to add more languages, test all tools, and have added new tools.

After working continuously for a week, I got sick. The refactoring work on this website is more than I expected. I think I will completely refactor this project using TypeScript, but since I'm not very familiar with TypeScript, I've now entered a two-week study plan~ Stay tuned, folks.

Guys, on the last day of this month, I finally added more languages. Now we support Russian, Portuguese, and Korean.
2026/05/28
After three days of hard work, this site finally launched in Spanish, and I realized that the current system can no longer support the expansion of more languages. I need to completely rebuild this site to accommodate additional languages.

Yesterday, while I was fishing by the lake, the guy next to me happened to mention that he bought a nice mechanical keyboard. I told him I had just built a website specifically for testing whether the keys on a new mechanical keyboard work properly, and I figured it would be really useful for him too. He opened it up and asked, "Why doesn't this site have Spanish?" Sorry, my friend, I actually added Spanish a while ago—after all, the goal of escwasd.com is to be a free, clean tool available in multiple languages. When I got home and checked the project, I realized I had created the Spanish version but forgot to put the link on the frontend. My bad, buddy. Now you can happily use the Spanish version of escwasd.com. And I've decided to go all in on adding more languages over the next few weeks—my goal is to get it up to over 40 languages 😄.

Ding~ ding~ ding~ We've added a brand new "Guide" channel! This is because several Reddit users told me that my website has great features, but first-time visitors find it a bit tricky to use the tools and need some time to learn. So why not just create a guide? That's how this channel came about. From now on, if you have anything you'd like to share, feel free to submit to me. Love you all, kids~

After 10 days of development, we officially launched the "Mouse Polling Rate (Hz) Test" feature on the last day of April. This version is not only more powerful and practical but also closer to real-world usage scenarios. During our research, we found that some similar tools on the market have logical biases in their testing and still use outdated APIs that do not comply with modern standards. After several days of continuous verification and optimization, we ultimately adopted an implementation solution that aligns better with modern browser standards and supports high-quality assessment. In addition to the polling rate value itself, we have also placed significant emphasis on detecting "polling rate fluctuations and frame drops," as these factors often reflect the mouse's actual performance better than peak values. The related code remains open-source and without any encryption.
